Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain what you can expect from us and what we need from you.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AffordFlyer website and any order you place with AffordFlyer Printing Co. ("AffordFlyer", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
2. Quotes, orders and pricing
- Prices shown by the online estimator and on product pages are starting prices and estimates. The binding price is the one shown on your proof or written quote.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless explicitly stated.
- An order is accepted once you approve the proof and payment (or approved credit terms) is confirmed.
3. Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for the content of the files you supply, including spelling, dimensions and the accuracy of any information. We check files for technical print issues such as resolution and bleed, and send a digital proof before production.
Please review your proof carefully. Once approved, we print exactly what the proof shows. Colors on screen can differ from printed colors; if exact color matching is critical, request a physical proof.
4. Production and turnaround
Turnaround times are counted in business days from proof approval and payment. Standard production takes 5–7 business days and express production 2–3 business days, unless your quote states otherwise. Turnaround times are estimates; we will tell you promptly if a delay is expected.
Industry-standard tolerances apply to all printed products, including minor variations in color, trimming and quantity (up to ±5% on large runs).
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship with tracked carriers. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report any visible damage within 14 days.
6. Reprints, refunds and cancellations
- If a product does not match your approved proof or is defective due to our error, we will reprint it or refund the affected items.
- Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
- Because every order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- You may cancel free of charge before approving your proof. After approval, costs already incurred may be charged.
7. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the artwork you supply and confirm you have permission to reproduce it. You agree not to send content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful. Designs created for you by our team become yours once the related invoice is paid. The website content, logo and branding remain the property of AffordFlyer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed event dates. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
